HOW DOES IT WORK?

Make no mistake, there's a lot involved in getting a mortgage loan. You wouldn't be here on our website if you could fill out a one-page application and get the best loan for you funded the same day. However, we've streamlined the process for you.

Step 1: Apply Online or Via Phone 
Expect this to take approximately 15 minutes to fill out the online application or have a phone call with David Robnett. 
Step 2: Sign Your Application
Once we've received your initial information, we'll immediately email your application to you.  You may review and sign online, or print and fax the application back to us at (888) 311-4940.
Step 3: Fax The Required Documentation to (888) 311-4940
We have to document your income, employment, and assets.  We'll provide specific guidance on the exact documentation that we'll need.  Typically, it will be your last 2 paystubs, your most recent W2, and a complete copy of your most recent bank statements.
Step 4: Lock Your Loan

Immediately upon the receipt of your application and supporting documentation (paystubs, W2's, bank statements, etc.), we will call you to discuss locking in your interest rate. 

WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT LOCK ANY RATES FOR ANYONE UNTIL WE HAVE THIS INFORMATION! 

(Here's a quick banking lesson for you....The higher the percentage of lockins that we close and deliver, the better our rates from the end investors are!  We're one of the best in the business at this, and it's one of the ways that we GUARANTEE the best rates and terms possible for our clients....)

 

Step 5 (if necessary): Meet The Appraiser

Very simply, arrange for the appraiser to see the property ASAP.  This is the single largest factor in most delayed closings!

For those of you with substantial equity (40% or more typically), we may very well be able to save you the expense of having an appraisal done.  We'll discuss with you if applicable.

Step 6: Sign The Closing Docs at Your Home or Office (or at the Title Company's office)

Prior to your closing, we'll email a copy of the official closing statement for your review.  No surprises with us!

Please let us know where you'd like to close (at home, at the office, or some people do prefer to go to the title company), and we'll set it up for you.  Again, we value not only your business, but your time as well.
